Ways to look up Academic help when a teacher is not available.
There are a TON of teachers who post lessons on youtube. You can look at the top of the math page and type in ex: Algebra 1, unit 3, day 5... and usually there will be a 3-10 minute video of someone explaining how to do exactly what you need. There is teachertube.com as well. You can often find books assigned for English in youtube for people who like audio books.
Both Overdrive and Libby are apps you can get for free that work with your town library card. They often have audio books and ebooks you can borrow for up to 3 weeks with no late fees. This can be helpful if you often loose your books or audio books are easier for you to read. You almost always have to have some form of independant reading book for English. I would highly suggest this app for your phone or device. You can even log in on a school computer.
