Tapping
Tapping is a technique that can help with pain, stress, anger and anxiety. It is something quick that you can do before a test. It can be done to reduce stress about a peer conflict. I can be done to help physical pain as well.

*Positive statement on the chopping point
*Focus on the stress/anxiety/pain on all the other points. I learned go head down, but you can do the order he describes in the video as well.
*For the breath at the end, it is important that you breathe out longer than you breathe in.
